The Brand “LG” was founded in South Korea in 1958. The company initially started its operations under the name “GoldStar” and over the years, with the expansion and development of its activities, changed its name to LG. The name “LG” is an abbreviation of “Lucky GoldStar” and was chosen in 1995 to strengthen brand awareness globally.
Our team’s collaboration with this great brand began during the rebranding period when it changed its name to LG. At that time, South Korea strongly promoted the LG brand, and advertising for LG products in the fields of air conditioners, home appliances, and audio-visual equipment advanced. The advertising efforts focused on television, refrigerators, and washing machines, as well as creating communication campaigns and 360 degree advertising campaigns.
Initially, it started with CRT televisions and eventually moved towards LED TVs, which were as thin as a picture frame.
Throughout more than ten years of collaboration, we created over 20 different creative and effective advertising and communication campaigns for the LG brand. Our team achieved first place in the LG Global Festival for the TV commercials we produced in 2009 and 2007.
We worked on various campaigns for LG vacuum cleaners and audio systems, and our advertising team succeeded in significantly increasing the sales of LG products in the region. As a result, we became recognized as one of the most effective brand consulting agencies for LG.
